Centre Wellness began as a dream several years ago when I noticed many people coming into my massage office stressed and worn out from life. Balancing my roles as a business owner, mom to toddlers, and farmer's wife, I understood firsthand how life can take its toll physically and mentally.

Centre Wellness was born from the idea of creating a space close to home but away from the daily grind for you to recover.
